Tamilnadu Election 2016 Shared Constituencies List of DMDK, TMC, MDMK, VCK, CPI and CPI M:

For the upcoming Tamilnadu Assembly Election 2016 the Desiya Murpokku Dravida Kazhagam DMDK, Tamil Maanila Congress TMC and People’s Welfare Front (PWF) which includes Marumalarchi Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam MDMK, Viduthalai Chiruthaigal Katchi VCK, Communist Party of India CPI and Communist Party of India (Marxist) CPI(M) had finalized the sharing of seats Assembly Constituency wise among the 234 constituencies of Tamilnadu state in India.
On 14th April 2016 the official announcement regarding the sharing of Assembly Constituencies among the mentioned parties had been made in the press meeting.
Among the constituencies allotted the VCK party will contest in R.K. Nagar against Jayalalithaa of AIADMK and the CPI party has been allotted Tiruvarur constituency to contest against M. Karunanidhi of DMK party.
Seats Sharing Details:
DMDK – 104 seats
MDMK – 29 seats – (1 seat for Tamizhar Munnetra Padai and 1 seat for Tamil Puligal Katchi)
VCK – 25 seats
CPI – 25 seats
CPI(M) – 25 seats
TMC – 26 seats
All the alliance parties had informed that interviewing of candidates will be done and in few days the final list of MLA contestant allotted for the parties will be released.
